Our Mission for 2025

This year, we're taking action to reshape the narrative around men's mental health. We're not simply a group; we’re a movement.

We're committed to amplifying the importance of mental wellness, establishing a culture of open and authentic communication, and breaking free from the stigma that holds men back. As a social club, we provide opportunities for men to connect, share their stories, and support one another through shared adventures and events.

Expect thrilling activities like paintballing, go-karting, and five-a-side football, alongside relaxing beach walks and invigorating fitness sessions.

We'll even be hosting a ping pong competition. We strive to equip men with the tools to prioritise their mental well-being and make a tangible impact on their lives and the lives of others.

About our group

The Teesside Men's (18+) Group is all about boosting blokes' wellbeing. We're building a strong community where guys can share their experiences and get some decent advice. We know that sometimes it's tough for men to talk about their mental health, and we also know that a good diet makes a difference. So, we're tackling both. We'll be running some events, talks, and sessions to help guys spot the signs of mental health issues, understand what can affect it, and find out what help's out there. We'll also be showing how eating right can make a real difference. We're especially keen to get guys from all backgrounds involved, because we know some lads face extra hurdles when it comes to getting support

Everyone is welcome to our community! We're thrilled you're interested in joining us. Whether you're looking for support, connection, or simply a good time, you'll find it here. We're a group of Teesside lads dedicated to prioritising mental well-being and building strong bonds through shared experiences.
